Here are a selection of walks to get you from the campsite to the festival site:
1.5km - 20 minutes
The quickest walk to get to the festival, on a mixture of roads and through fields.
2km - 35 minutes
A slightly longer (but still short) route to the festival taking in views of Wetton Hill and the Manifold Valley. A mixture of roads and through fields.
10km - 2 hours 45 minutes
A stunning walk taking in views of the Manifold Valley. An epic descent from Stanshope through Hall Dale to the wooden bridge over the River Dove where you can see the incredible Tissington Spires and the magnificent Lover’s Leap cave. The walk ends by walking to Milldale and along Hopedale to the festival.
15km - 4.5 hours
Feeling extra adventurous? This really is a spectacular walk, passing by Thor’s Cave, down into the Manifold Valley, then back over to Stanshope. A dramatic descent leads down Hall Dale to the wooden bridge over the River Dove, where you’ll find the incredible Tissington Spires. Then you’ll pass Lover’s Leap Cave along the River Dove towards Milldale and the final gentle ascent along Hopedale to the festival.
